Throughout the challenge, you'll receive a comprehensive introduction to basic yoga poses commonly found in various yoga classes. Additionally, we'll cover essential yoga terminology and definitions, learn effective use of yoga props, and explore ways to tailor your practice to your unique needs.

Every day during the challenge, you'll receive a new yoga class directly to your inbox. These classes progressively build upon what you've learned in previous days, leading up to a full 60-minute slow flow class. By the end of the challenge, you'll feel confident and prepared to participate in my Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes.

To get the most out of the challenge, you'll need a few essential items: a yoga mat, a yoga strap, and two yoga blocks. For recommendations on these products, download the Yoga Essentials Guide.

At the outset, daily sessions range from 15 to 30 minutes in length. As the challenge progresses, we gradually increase the duration of each session. On the final day, we bring it all together with a complete 60-minute slow flow class.

The challenge is entirely self-paced, allowing you to complete it on your own schedule. Simply continue with the classes in sequence until you've finished the challenge. You'll have access to the challenge content for 90 days, giving you plenty of time to complete the videos at your own pace. Feel free to repeat the challenge as many times as you'd like within this period!
